If your client wants their product considered for our reviews, they don’t need to email us. We discover products through reader requests, market signals, and category research. Our review process is editorial, not pitched.

If we wanted to know about every supplement launch, we’d subscribe to a wire service. Targeted news with a specific reason it matters to our coverage gets read; broadcast pitches don’t.

The fastest way to reach the editorial team is editor@paramount-supplements.com. We aim to respond within five business days. For corrections specifically, we commit to acknowledging within five business days per our corrections policy.

A note on response times

We’re a small team. We read every message, but we don’t always have capacity to respond to every reader question in detail. If your message is a correction or a fact-check, it moves to the top of the queue. If it’s a broader question that would make a useful article, we may answer it on the site rather than individually — we’ll let you know if that’s the plan.

Messages that fall into the “we don’t respond” categories above are filtered out of our inbox automatically. Don’t take silence as an oversight; take it as our editorial policy working as intended.
